My name is Dennis Janz and I am running for Town of Scott Chairman in the upcoming April 4th election.

Humbly and gratefully, I have had the privilege to serve as your Town of Scott Supervisor for the last two years. During my years of service, I have had a chance to contribute in decision making for the Town of Scott. I have been instrumental in reducing our current building permit fees approximately 30% to reflect the adjacent townships rates. I have also taken part in the adoption of the Smart Growth Plan, in which I look forward to working with the re-codifications of the ordinances.

As your Town of Scott Supervisor, I have had the opportunity to help better our community in many ways, and I pledge to continue to help better the Town of Scott if elected as chairman.
I have been a citizen of this township since 1963 and a successful local business owner for 35 years. This township is where my mother and father reside along with my children and grandchildren. Making sure the Town of Scott is in working order is a priority of mine. When something isn’t right, I want to fix it and make it work. This is why I hope to have your vote.
